KATRICE CLÉRMONT

KATRICE CLÉRMONT has been fashion sketching since the tender age of 13. Drawing since she was old enough to hold a crayon. Katrice has developed a natural intuitive style she can truly call her own; developed free of the structure of formal art lessons or a fashion degree. Lured to the bright lights of the fashion capital of the world, this North Carolinian born export relocated to New York with her raw talent and fresh vision for fashion in tow. Upon arrival, Katrice Clérmont focused on developing her business acumen while freelancing at local urban clothing companies. Always keeping her fashion in mind, she continued to cultivate and refine her designs and has recently made the decision to launch her own line and make her mark in fashion.

In creating two labels, KATRICE CLÉRMONT – high-end designer collection, originally musically-inspired, combining denim, leather, silk and mixtures of quality fabrics to create formal denim wear presentations and CLEMO, a moderately priced line, Katrice also decided to nurture her vision as a wardrobe stylist. Styling her own photo shoots allowed her to gain confidence and experience to assist celebrity stylists on video shoots and fashion shows. Clermont went on to pair with long-time friend and celebrity make up artist to form “Starr Treatment,” an image styling company, which services include make-up artistry and body painting, image consulting, custom clothing and wardrobe styling for film/TV, commercials, models and everyday women.
